We at RR Retreat wish to make your outing / stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We request you to please follow our rules and regulations mentioned below. Below are the Terms & Conditions, please read them carefully and sign the disclaimer after accepting.
➢ Prior Reservation / Booking Mandatory.
➢ All registered guests should produce valid Indian government id mandatory during check-in. The person booking and staying should be above 20 years of age. In case of children, at least one adult member, preferably a parent, should accompany them. (please refer the child policy as below)
➢ Declaration form to be signed on arrival. No Exclusivity is assured as there may be other guests availing the same facility at the same time
➢ Children Aged between 5 to 10 years charged at half price of adult’s package, below 5 years is complimentary. Kids aged above 10yrs will be charged at adults’ rates. Kids to be accompanied by an adult all time in the property.
➢ Swimming Costume Nylon / Polyester wear Mandatory for pool and rain dance.
➢ Towels to be carried along with toiletries kits.
➢ MC/PA system & Team Building Activities can be provided on request at additional Cost.
➢ All damage/repair expenses have to be borne by the guests if the guests have been found to have damaged the property. The expense amount needs to be paid to the resort before check out.
➢ Adventure Activities will be stopped during Rain/heavy wind etc.
➢ We try to keep our environment as clean as possible. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash in the designated trash bins, including cigarette butts. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
➢ Guests should not walk with wet cloth and swim suits in the dining area and public areas.
➢ Smoking is only allowed in the designated area.
➢ Cigarette buds, tissue paper should not be through in the public area and near the guest accommodation.
➢ Pets are not allowed in the resort premises.
➢ Outside food, Snacks & Beverages are strictly Not allowed.
➢ Right conduct: we reserve the right to evict/eject any guest or group of guests should we find them engaging in fights, under the influence of illegal drugs, or generally disrupting the peace at the resort.
➢ Liability: the management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of property including theft, fire, flood, wind, or any act of God that may occur within the resort.
➢ Illegal activity: RR Retreat resort will not permit illegal activity anywhere in the property, management and staff will assist the police in every possible way (including testifying) to convict anyone performing illegal acts or engaging in illegal activity within the premises.
➢ Adventure activities: we would like to inform you there may be a factor of risk involved therefore ride at your own risk, please note in case of any accidents RR Retreat is not liable as you are taking part in the activities at your own will. If you possess any psychological or physical or medical limitations, or are not willing to assume risk, or not confident, or not accepting the difficulty of adventure activities, or under the influence of alcohol, please do not take part in the adventure activities.
➢ 18. Child policy: (Day-Out / stay)
- kids below 5yrs will be complimentary & Children between 5yrs to 10yrs will be charged half of the package price, above 10 yrs full price.
- Camping stay for below 08yrs children are not Allowed/Recommended/Suggested.
- 10 yrs & above will be charged full prices for camping stay.
- RR Retreat will not recommend any Adventure Activities for children; it can only be performed by the parents or guardians’ risks.
- Please carry kids age proof for verification.
