POLICY
We would love to host you but in case your plans changes below cancellation charges will be applicable:
- If cancellations are made 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 35% of total tour cost will be charge as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 4-7 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 3-1 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In case of postpone of the event or tour 25% of the amount will be charged from total amount.
- We permit one-time postponement of bookings, provided the new date falls within the same month as the original booking.
- Bookings can only be postponed once. Any subsequent requests to postpone will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
